If you are unable to make it to your appointment, kindly provide us with advance notice — specifically, more than 24 hours ahead
This allows us to have sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client on the waiting list, and/or client who needs it.
While we empathize with unexpected circumstances that may arise and interfere with your ability to attend appointments, it’s important to uphold our 24-hour cancellation policy. This policy ensures fairness, reliability, and consistency in the service we provide for both our psychologists and clients.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment:
Please call us on 0434 843 375 between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a clear voice message with your full name, and the date and time of your appointment. We will get back to you same day or within the next business day.
Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise the full fee will be charge.
Cancel by phone only:
We do not accept cancellations by text or email as we may not receive these messages in time.
Please DO NOT cancel via:
- Text messages
- Website contact page
- Emails
Last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours) and non-attendance | A full fee of $220 will apply for cancellations within 24 hours and a non-attendance without notification. |
Early cancellation or rescheduling | All booking fees are non-refundable. However, we will use this credit for your next appointment when you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice. |
Feeling unwell to attend in person | If you have unfortunately fallen ill within 24 hours of your appointment, you may consider calling us to change the in-person appointment to a telehealth appointment to continue with your session without incurring the last-minute cancelation fee. |
Too ill to attend | We understand sometimes we woke up feeling too unwell to even talk and move. Fees will be fully credited for your next appointment if you are able to provide a medical certificate dated your appointment date. |
