Our children support services aim to promote the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents, enhance their coping skills, and facilitate healthy development.

Counselling and Therapy

This may involve individual, group, or family therapy sessions facilitated by qualified psychologists or therapists. Therapy aims to help children explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviours in a safe and supportive environment.

Parental Guidance and Support

Offering guidance and support to parents and caregivers to help them understand and effectively respond to their child’s emotional needs. This may involve parenting workshops, counselling sessions, or family therapy.

Behavioural Interventions

Implementing behavioural strategies and interventions to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), or conduct problems.

Psychoeducation

Providing children and their families with information and resources about mental health issues, coping strategies, and ways to promote emotional well-being.

Please note: We do not provide psychometric testing and comprehensive psychological assessments, including cognitive assessments, ADHD / ASD / ODD screening and diagnosis.
